HABITs is here to help people be mentally fit and make the most of life. However, sometimes they need urgent help.

If you need to talk to someone right away, or feel you can’t cope, there are people who can help you immediately.

Talk to a guidance counselor, school health nurse or your family doctor/GP.

Talk to a family member or trusted adult. If you need help with alcohol or drugs, the Alcohol Drug Helpline is a good place to start.
